We wont force you to have us pack your items like some of those franchised chains. If you want to reuse that old Amazon box or simply like the challenge of packing 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb box we welcome all shipments. With your package we will do our best to make sure you get the best shipping rates but keep in mind that a lot of keeping cost down and ensuring an intact delivery involves the packing so pack those items with care, in the correct boxes and with the right padding as we wont be able to insure them for breakage.

Nearly every package that leaves one of our stores has a tracking or delivery confirmation number which we keep on file for your shipment. Once you have a delivery confirmation or tracking number you can use one of the carrier websites to track down your package. We accept drop offs for all shipping carriers including UPS drop offs, FedEx, USPS and DHL. There are some limitations related to individual retailers. You must have an actual prepaid return label and not a QR code for us to accept your UPS drop off.
